Our parish offers to its members "Flocknote", a communication tool for churches to reach their parishioners instantly without the hassle of social media or apps. If you are a member of St. Francis and are not receiving notices by email or text, please contact the church office to ensure you are in the Flocknote database. Your account in Flocknote should have your name, email address and cell phone number. To ensure your account information is complete, you can access and update your Flocknote account whenever your desire. Keeping this contact information is beneficial to both you and the parish, as you will be able to receive notices about schedule changes, volunteer opportunities, and much, much more. For instructions on how to check and update your account information, click here.

We hope you will take advantage of the information on our website to learn more about the Roman Catholic faith, about St. Francis of the Tejas, and its ministries - plan to attend Mass or one of our parish events. Each Sunday subsequent to the 8:30am Mass, many of our members gather in the Parish Hall for refreshments; this is an opportunity to meet, and socialize with other members of the Church, learn more about our ministries and how to participate, if interested. Faith Formation classes are typically scheduled between 10:00am and Noon after Mass on Sundays as this timing works well for those who live a good distance from the Church.
If you are currently Roman Catholic and relocating to the Houston County area, please complete our parish registration form, to ensure you are included in distribution of the monthly Bulletin and other notices about volunteering, or social and learning opportunities with St. Francis of the Tejas or the Diocese of Tyler. If you are not currently Roman Catholic, but would like to know more about our faith by attending an RCIA class, please complete the RCIA Inquirer Form to let us know you are interested.
St. Francis of the Tejas welcomes all those searching for a deeper relationship with God and our Lord, Jesus Christ.
